Terms & Conditions

The terms under which Heat Solution London provides quotes, carries out work, and guarantees workmanship.

1. About us

Heat Solution London is a plumbing and heating firm operating from 59 Hogarth Ave, Ashford TW15 1QB. We are Gas Safe registered (registration number 574509).

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are fixed for the scope described. If additional work is required that falls outside the original scope, we will discuss and agree it with you in writing before proceeding.

3. Deposits and payment

Boiler installations, unvented cylinder installs and larger heating or bathroom projects normally require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment and materials. The balance is payable on completion. Bathroom projects may be structured on staged payments matching project progress. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.

4. Call-outs and diagnostics

Call-outs are free. You are only charged if we carry out diagnostic work or a repair, and any repair pricing is quoted in writing before we proceed.

5. Workmanship guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of completion. This guarantee covers defects in installation. It does not cover: pre-existing faults in parts of the system we did not work on, damage caused by lack of servicing or misuse, damage caused by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

6. Manufacturer warranties

Boilers, controls and other manufactured products carry the manufacturer's own warranty (from 5 years minimum on our supported ranges, up to 12 years on qualifying Worcester Bosch installations). These are separate from our workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties are typically conditional on annual servicing, see our services page for details.

7. Insurance

We hold £2 million public liability insurance. Evidence of cover is available on request.

8. Access and site conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property at the agreed appointment time, and for making us aware of any known hazards. If we are unable to carry out work due to access being denied or unsafe site conditions, additional attendance fees may apply.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations by you more than 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours may incur a fee to cover materials already ordered or diary loss; we will discuss this with you at the point of cancellation.

10. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any work we carry out, please contact us directly at info@heatsolution.co.uk or on 07825 874631 in the first instance so we can put it right. We take complaints seriously and will respond promptly.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
